English by default, French one click away
The public pages now live at two addresses, one English and one French, and the language comes from the address instead of a guess about your browser. The app's own URLs are in English too — the old French ones still work and redirect.
Ask for an invitation
You no longer need to know me to get in. Leave your email and a line about what you are trying to get done: I approve requests by hand and send a code when a place opens up.
Simple Goals speaks English
Every screen, every email and every error message now exists in English as well as French. Your account carries the choice, so the app always answers in your language.
Sign in with your email
The sign-in field takes your email address as well as your username. One less thing to remember.
Let Claude read your goals
From Settings you can create a read-only token and connect Claude to your notebook. It can look at your goals and your weeks; it can never change them, and it never sees your account details.
Your own account
Simple Goals stopped being one notebook for me alone: everyone gets their own account, created with an invitation code. Passwords can be reset by email, and Settings lists every open session so you can revoke the ones you do not recognise.
Take your data, or erase it
Settings exports everything you have written as a single JSON file, and deletes your account for good if you ask — goals, todos, hours, rituals, all of it. No ticket, no email exchange.
The notebook, online
The whole cascade in one place: long term, year, quarter, month, week. The Month view is the control room — drag a todo from one week to the next, tick your rituals, and every todo keeps the goal it belongs to.
Simple Goals is built by one person, in public. Nothing here is a roadmap: only what already shipped.
